Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of our stationery products, custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun. However, we understand that circumstances may arise, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, if production has not begun, we may offer a partial refund minus a cancellation fee. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will:

• Provide a replacement at no additional cost
• Offer a full refund if replacement is not possible
• Cover return shipping costs for defective items

Design Errors

If we make an error in the design or production of your order, we will correct it at no additional cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you notice any errors.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Return Authorization

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Return the item in its original packaging to the address provided. Please include the RAN on the package.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-designed items that have been personalized
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Digital products and downloads
• Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
